Man City to make £71m Pogba bid

Manchester City are set to make a £71m bid for Juventus's 22-year-old midfielder Paul Pogba, and will also bid for Wolfsburg's 24-year-old attacking midfielder Kevin De Bruyne, and return with an improved offer for Liverpool's 20-year-old forward Raheem Sterling.
